Staff Application Step Process
Remember: Exceptions can be made at any given time.
Staff Positions at HarlequinRO are currently OPEN.
We are currently looking for:
-Event Coordinator GMs
-Community Enforcement GMs
-Development Staff (Scriptors, Spriters, Mapping and Development)
-Technical Support Staff
-Web Designer
-Forum Moderators
Prerequisites:
-Must be an ACTIVE member of HarlequinRO.
-Must have a positive personality, and be able to handle stressful situations.
-Must respect not only your staff members but ALL members.
-Must follow rules regardless.
-Must speak fluent english.
-Must be able to complete all duties of given position, and then some.
-Must help promote the server, and encourage voting.
-Must be 18 or over. (There will be some exceptions, depends all on your application!)
-DO NOT abuse your powers.
Positions & Duties:
Forum Moderator
• Moving, closing, merging, spliting, deleting and editing threads when appropriate.
• Enforcing forum rules, and give proper punishment to those who do not follow said rules.
• Help mediate any arguments between members and be available to answer general questions from them.
Event Coordinator
• Hosting events In-Game and on the forums.
• Come up with new creative never-been-done events.
Community Enforcement GM
• Enforcing rules and give proper punishment to those who do not follow said rules In-Game.
• Keep community happy.
• Help keep arguments under control.
• Be available to answer general questions from players.
Development Staff
• Have the ability to sprite, code, and/or script. Ranging from source editing, to NPC Creation, to sprite animation.
Technical Support Staff
• Provide technical support needed to install or resolve any errors or problems during installation.
• Taking in claims of errors, bugs, and glitches providing support and knowledge of fixing said items.
• Take care of anything control panel related or any problems with account creation.
